11.3 78ph may need to verify your identity before processing a data subject request to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized parties. You will not be charged a fee for exercising your data privacy rights unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Please note that certain data privacy rights are subject to limitations under Philippine law. For example, 78ph may be unable to delete data that it is legally required to retain under AMLA or PAGCOR regulations, even if you submit a valid erasure request.
12.1 The 78ph platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. 78ph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. The minimum age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines is 21 years, and 78ph enforces this requirement rigorously through its registration and identity verification processes.
12.2 If 78ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately closed, all data associated with the account will be deleted to the extent permitted by law, and any deposits will be returned to the verified payment source.

14.2 Where changes to this Policy are material, 78ph will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
