These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 78ph platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account on 78ph, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 78ph. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law. 78ph verifies age during registration and reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
78ph is licensed and operated under PAGCOR for the Philippine market. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that using 78ph is lawful in your location.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 78ph. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited. Account sharing or transferring account access to another person is strictly prohibited.
All financial transactions on 78ph must be conducted through the payment methods listed in your account dashboard. 78ph does not accept third-party payments. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited. 78ph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigating suspected violations.
78ph provides deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools to all players. If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request a self-exclusion at any time by contacting 78ph support or through your account settings.
Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 78ph ("78ph," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the 78ph platform — including the website at 78ph.app, the 78ph mobile application, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
1.1 By registering an account on 78ph, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
1.2 If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the 78ph platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.3 78ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.1 To register and use 78ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
2.2 78ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 78ph may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Age Restriction: Gambling by persons under 21 years of age is illegal in the Philippines. 78ph employs age verification procedures at registration and may conduct additional checks at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the verified payment source.
3.1 To access real-money gaming on 78ph, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on 78ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 78ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 You must notify 78ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 78ph support can be reached at the contact details provided in Section 15 of this Agreement.
3.5 78ph reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
All deposits to your 78ph account must be made through the payment methods available in your account dashboard, which include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, among others. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 78ph does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party accounts not registered in your name.
Deposits are credited to your 78ph wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 78ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. 78ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable security checks.
78ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. Processing may be delayed during such reviews. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
All transactions on 78ph are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). 78ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
78ph is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. 78ph may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Deposits made to 78ph must originate from funds that are legally owned by the account holder.
5.1 78ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms set out in this section apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period will be specified in the promotion details.
5.3 78ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses that have already been credited and are subject to active wagering requirements will not be retroactively altered without reasonable notice.
5.4 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

6.1 All games available on the 78ph platform — including slots, table games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 78ph uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or platform intervention. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate and are not a guarantee of individual session results.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, 78ph will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 78ph's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 78ph reserves the right to void any bet or game result that was affected by a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game configurations, or software bugs that materially affected the outcome. Players who knowingly exploit such errors will be subject to account suspension.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 78ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
Zero Tolerance: 78ph operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Accounts found to be engaged in any of these activities will be permanently closed, balances forfeited, and the matter referred to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement as required by law.
8.1 All content on the 78ph platform — including but not limited to the 78ph name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 78ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 78ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 78ph content without prior written consent.
8.3 Any unauthorized use of 78ph intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 78ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
9.2 78ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
9.3 78ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 78ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 78ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering on 78ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 78ph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge this inherent risk and agree that 78ph shall not be liable for any unauthorized interception of data transmitted to or from the platform, provided that 78ph has implemented reasonable security measures.
10.3 78ph may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law. 78ph will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
11.1 78ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Players may activate responsible gaming tools at any time through their account settings or by contacting 78ph support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

11.4 78ph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage gambling. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any deposits returned to the verified payment source.
12.1 78ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
12.2 Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
12.3 Where an account is terminated due to fraud, prohibited conduct, or breach of these Terms, 78ph reserves the right to forfeit the account balance and to pursue any additional remedies available under Philippine law.
12.4 You may close your account at any time by contacting 78ph support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
13.1 78ph may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 78ph will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the 78ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
13.3 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at 78ph.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to 78ph's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint to 78ph support and allow up to fifteen (15) business days for a response before escalating the matter.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through 78ph's internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
14.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
